When every AI suggestion gave her a different answer, Stephanie needed clarity, not more options.

Client: Stephanie, the founder of Organising Angel

Project: Branding: Primary logo, Supporting logo mark, Colour palette, Typography selection, Marketing postcard

THE SITUATION

When it came to getting her marketing off the ground, Stephanie felt stuck.

Stephanie from Organising Angel helps busy women and families create calmer, more organised homes without striving for perfection.

She came to me through a recommendation from a previous client, which is also a compliment in itself. And like many new business owners, she knew where she wanted to go. She just wasn’t sure how to pull everything together.

THE REALITY

Stephanie needed someone to help turn all her thoughts into a clear visual direction she could feel confident about.

Stephanie originally came to me for marketing materials, but it didn't take long to realise there was a bigger issue holding everything back.

The logo she'd created using AI wasn't giving her the flexibility she needed as her business grew. And like many people right now, she was turning to AI for advice. ChatGPT was playing a big part in the creative process.

At one point Stephanie said: "I've gone down a hole of overthinking."

The challenge wasn't a lack of ideas. It was the opposite.

Too many options. Too many opinions. Too many possibilities.

BEHIND THE SCENES

It was less about changing direction and more about refining the details until everything felt right.

Once we'd talked through her business, her personality and the feeling she wanted people to have when they discovered Organising Angel, the creative direction became much clearer. We worked through initial discovery conversations, creative concepts, feedback and refinements, final artwork & ongoing support.

THE TURNING POINT

For the first time, Stephanie could stop second-guessing every decision

Before we started, Stephanie was overwhelmed by choice. Every new AI suggestion seemed to open another door rather than helping her move forward. The creative side of the business was becoming a huge drain on her time and energy.

After the project, that feeling disappeared. Instead of constantly questioning whether she was making the right decisions, she had a visual identity she trusted. In her words: "I would never have achieved this on my own."

Today, she feels confident in how her business looks and no longer spends time worrying about it.

THE OUTCOME

The biggest result wasn't the logo. It was the confidence that came with it.

"I had a look at the postcard and instantly welled up. It's just phenomenal. I could never have done anything like this!!"

And in her Google review, she shared:

"Fran really listened and understood my vision — not only what I wanted, but also what I didn't want. I wasn't always clear on exactly how to bring my ideas together, but through her process she turned them into something I'm genuinely proud of."

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The hidden downside of having too many design ideas.

Most of the people I work with don't come to me because they have no ideas. They come to me because they have too many. My job is to listen to what you're trying to achieve, understand what matters to you and turn those thoughts, ideas and half-finished plans into something clear, professional and uniquely yours.

So you can stop second-guessing and get back to running your business.

If you're currently collecting ideas, saving inspiration, asking AI, asking friends, changing your mind and still feeling no closer to a clear direction, you're not alone.
