COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 / Eligibility & Entry

One entry per person
Entries must be submitted via email.
Competition closes Thursday 8th January 2026 at 11:59pm GMT
Late entries will not be accepted

2 / What You Can Submit

One design piece per person
Submissions must be the equivalent of one graphic or one A4 page maximum
Acceptable formats include: social media posts, business cards, presentation slides, postcards, flyers, or similar single-page marketing materials
Multi-page documents, brochures, or websites are not eligible

3 / Winner Selection & Prize

Three winners will be selected by Fran Layzell
Winners will be announced Monday 12th January 2026
Winners will be notified by email
Prize consists of one professional redesign of the submitted material
Redesigns will be completed throughout January 2026; a specific date will be confirmed with each winner individually
The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable

4 / Design Rights & Usage

By entering, you confirm you have the right to submit the design
Winners agree to allow Fran Layzell to share before and after examples for portfolio and marketing purposes
All redesign work remains the intellectual property of Fran Layzell until delivered to the winner
Final files will be provided in agreed formats suitable for the intended use

5 / General

Fran Layzell reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances require
Entrants' personal information will be used solely for competition administration and will not be shared with third parties
